- Work under the supervision of the Lead Technician and Pharmacist on duty.
- Accurately and efficiently select, count, pour and label medications for all new and refill prescriptions.
- Routinely check email, Escript, FAX machine and Telemanager for refills and other messages.
- Advise pharmacist when new prescriptions must be taken from Telemanager.
- Manage inventory by ordering accurately and appropriately, per company policies and procedures. Communicate in a friendly, patient and professional manner.
- Provide extraordinary customer service, at all times.
- Present a professional image via proper hygiene and grooming, as well as adherence to company dress code.
- Fill in at other positions and perform duties, as needed or assigned (cashier, prescription input/billing, clean, take out trash, etc.)
