Paid time off and holiday pay.Hours: Full-time will be 30-40 hours to include evenings, weekends and some holidays. Part-time up to 28 hours per week to include, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

 

General Description

  • Greets customers, answers phones and monitors Drive Thru window.
  • Communicates in a friendly, patient and professional manner at all times.
  • Answers routine questions/issues from customers.
  • Directs other customer inquiries to appropriate party.
  • Receives and processes all payments according to standard procedures.
  • Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes, but is not limited to, accurately handling cash and deposits.
  • Assesses customer needs and informs them about products and services available.
  • Actively works with merchandising staff from the Corporate office to prepare for sales and promotions and is a resource for other staff members regarding same.
  • Consistently completes all assignments in a timely manner and maintains applicable paperwork and records.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workplace for co-workers and customers.
  • Present a professional image via proper hygiene and grooming, as well as adherence to company dress code.
  • Must be flexible and responsive to perform these and other duties, as assigned.

Work Experience Requirements

  • Six months to two years customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly observant.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Possesses strong mathematical skills.
  • Cash handling experience preferred.
  • Proven good customer service background

Education Requirements

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.

    Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and back ground check. Schedule will include evenings and weekends.
